PRICE LIST for FOR FITNESS CLIENTS:
Fitness Assessment Session: $50 - different tests to evaluate fitness level/knowledge, muscle strength and endurance, cardio endurance and flexibility. Forms distributed ahead of meeting (medical questionnaire, PAR-Q, etc.), which we will discuss at this assessment meeting. You will be weighed, measured and I will take your first photos so you can compare as time goes by.
Training Sessions: $40 (if sessions are at Francine’s home-gym); additional travel fees apply if I am travelling to your home) Sessions usually last approximately 45 mins - 1 hour (more time may be required the first couple of sessions)
I provide a friendly one-on-one fitness program, either in the privacy of my gym, or at your home*. No gym memberships needed. You can learn to burn calories through resistance training, cardio and wholesome eating tips. Gain strength and energy! Lose fat and lean out. You won’t have to spend 7 days a week working out to achieve these goals.

One on one in my fully equipped home-gym (no memberships to buy and no one around you to intimidate or make you feel uncomfortable – just you and me!
